The evening shows were vibrant, especially the dance performances, making our nights enjoyable. Cihan's attentive service by the pool was commendable, as he ensured we always had drinks.

beautiful sandy beach, robust spa services, vibrant nightly entertainment
Some furniture in the rooms, like the small couches, was unclean!!! It's practically impossible to find sunbeds unless you arrive at dawn-definitely a stressor on vacation. The indoor pool was freezing cold despite complaints!!!

Lovely side vibes 🌊🌞
Super clean pools, and the staff are sharp-sharp. Joseph from the entertainment made the holiday, he was so funny and super chill with the kids. The food was tasty, especially at the a la carte restaurants. Mega impressed with the evening shows, was like we were at a theatre!
Little bummed about the room cleaning. Spiders were doing more than just chilling in the corners and left us a bit with icky vibes.

will certainly stay here again
We enjoyed a family suite with two TVs and a mini-fridge stocked daily. The buffet had a nice variety, with high-quality meals and snacks all day. The kids club kept the little ones entertained. The spa offered great treatments too, like massages and Hammam. Plenty of sun loungers by the outdoor pools.

The hotel has plenty for kids, including a playground and a teens' club. The animation team kept everyone entertained with games and activities. We loved the two à la carte restaurants and enjoyed a full day at the nearby water park with thrilling slides!
One day, the pool closed unexpectedly due to cleanliness issues, a bummer and disrupted our plans for the day.

Evening entertainment included live music and themed shows. The sunbed situation around the pool was frustrating, as we had to wake up early to secure one. The animation team provided excellent activities such as aqua aerobics and games for kids, keeping everyone engaged.

amazing central spot for exploring side's historic treasures
the hotel is a mere 2.5 km from the ancient theater, making it super convenient for afternoon strolls, and even better, it's just a quick walk of less than 2 km to the beautiful side museum where you can immerse yourself in the region's fascinating history.

Paloma perissia, what an experience. If you can even call it that! The food was utterly dreadful, with every meal a confusing blend of tasteless stews. Plus, i never did receive the complimentary room upgrade i was promised. The sunbeds situation was an absolute joke. I reminded me of a contestant in a ridiculous competition. Esthetically displeasing!

The hotel was in a great location close to both town and shops. The food at the hotel was amazing with a great variety of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful which made our stay comfortable and welcoming. The view from the room was breathtaking and created an added bonus to our stay.
The hotel was very busy at this time of year, which made it difficult to find a quiet place to relax. The pool area was crowded and loud with not enough space for everyone to enjoy.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Great location near the city center and key attractions. the room was spacious and clean with amazing views. Enjoyed the pool and the poolside bar with excellent drinks and snacks. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was a bit repetitive and could use more variety. the WiFi wasn't very strong and had some connectivity issues.
